Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work part-time evening shifts
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and commitment to company values
- Willingness to learn and follow eco-friendly cleaning procedures
- Good communication skills to report issues and work with team members
Job Qualifications
- Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work evening shifts and occasionally adapt to a flexible schedule
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and other areas
- Empty trash bins and recycling containers
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Follow company cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Use eco-friendly products and techniques in all cleaning processes
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed to the supervisor
