Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds throughout the workday
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record

- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, landscaping, route/delivery, pest control, or hospitality and maintenance fields is a plus
Job Duties
- Perform restroom deep-cleaning and disinfection using company-provided service kits and equipment
- Conduct deep scrubbing of hard floors such as tile, grout, cement, and linoleum with power scrubbing and wet vac equipment
- Install and repair state-of-the-art restroom dispensers ensuring proper functionality
- Lead new customer service installations setting standards for service excellence
- Act as a floater or back-up technician supporting weekly service route teams and operations manager as needed
- Maintain professional appearance and use provided protective gear and uniforms
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to uphold service quality
