Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- assist guests with reservations and inquiries about hotel services
- provide concierge support including local area information
- answer phone inquiries and coordinate airport shuttle dispatch
- maintain a tidy and organized lobby environment
- handle guest requests promptly and professionally
