Job Duties
- assist with basic food prep including portioning labeling and organizing ingredients
- operate and maintain the dish machine ensuring dishes utensils and cookware are properly cleaned and sanitized
- keep dish prep and storage areas clean organized and fully stocked
- help maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen dining room and restrooms
- support cooks and servers as needed to keep the flow of service running efficiently
- follow all safety sanitation and health procedures to meet IHOP standards
- assist with end-of-day cleaning trash removal and equipment maintenance
- work as part of a team to complete daily side work and opening closing duties
