Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to operate industrial machinery and carry loads up to 25 lbs
Must be able to work on feet for hours at a time
Willing to work in hot, humid environment and on feet for 8 hour shifts
Friendly and people skills required
Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment beneficial
Ability to operate industrial dishwashing equipment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Perform opening, closing, and side work cleaning
Operate the dishwasher industrial machinery
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
Assist kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
Handle and carry loads up to 25 lbs safely
Work efficiently in a hot, humid environment
Follow health and safety regulations
