Job Duties
- Alert servers when guests are in need of attention
- clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves
- carry soiled dishes to the dish area
- ensure availability of clean dishes, flatware, glasses, napkins, and other dining materials
- wash dishes
- sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled
- take out the trash
- stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 50 pounds
