Job Requirements
- minimum age requirement as per local laws
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- reliable and punctual with good attendance
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- must have or be able to obtain a valid food handler's card
- good personal hygiene and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus
- ability to multitask efficiently
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- food handler's card or willingness to obtain one
Job Duties
- clean and maintain dishware utensils floors tables and chairs
- keep dish area tidy and organized
- maintain organized food storage area
- assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant
- ensure guest needs are always met
- maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping sweeping floors removing trash cleaning equipment and supplying front of house and kitchen with needed items
- unload supplies and food items from deliveries and place properly in assigned storage areas
- stock and rotate all needed supplies in service areas and dining rooms
- keep restrooms sanitary and stocked along with other hand sink areas
