Job Duties
- Provide efficient and welcoming counter service for dine-in and takeout orders
- Collaborate with expeditor and floor staff to deliver plated meals to guests
- Maintain clear communication between kitchen, expeditor, and floor staff
- Memorize seating patterns and table numbers for accurate service
- Recognize and understand Comal menu items and drinks
- Keep kitchen pass area clean and orderly
- Work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
