Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older
  • possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • native or fluent proficiency in English and a target language
  • ability to pass a third-party language proficiency exam
  • valid passport with unrestricted international access
  • ability to perform physical duties of a flight attendant

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • native or highly proficient fluency in English and a designated target language
  • ability to pass a rigorous third-party language proficiency examination
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
  • strong cultural awareness and sensitivity

Job Duties

  • Make in-flight public address announcements in designated language
  • translate critical safety instructions and service offerings accurately
  • provide culturally attuned customer service
  • assist passengers with completing international arrival documents, customs declarations, and immigration forms
  • provide rapid translation during in-flight medical or security emergencies
  • execute all standard pre-flight and in-flight cabin duties including securing the cabin and premium meal service
