Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work variable, part-time or full-time schedules as needed
- minimum age to sell or serve alcohol in applicable states
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, and communicate effectively
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- ability to complete required training including sexual harassment and discrimination
- reliable attendance
- adherence to dress code policies
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if applicable
- good public speaking skills
- effective listening and clear communication
- ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- problem identification and resolution skills
- ability to perform under pressure
- excellent communication with customers, co-workers and management
- goal setting and time management abilities
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- handling of emergency situations when called upon
- general cleaning duties
- compliance with company dress code
- operating POS system accurately including cash handling
- up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences
- promoting Regal Crown Club program
- ensuring tickets follow MPAA rating system and company policy
- responding to guest inquiries
- operating and maintaining concession equipment
- complying with food safety laws
- abiding by meal and break laws
- maintaining required alcohol certifications
- performing ticket tearing and patron direction
- inspecting backpacks and managing crowd control
- enforcing MPAA ratings and theatre policies
- monitoring picture and sound quality
- reporting issues to management
- executing concession auxiliary sales
- cleaning auditoriums and common areas
- assisting with opening and closing duties
