Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and varied shifts
- Basic skills in math, keyboarding, and data entry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Capability to perform physical tasks including frequent movement, lifting, and occasional stooping or climbing
- Willingness to adhere to COVID-19 protocols as required
- Temporary availability for up to 90 days
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 16 years of age for temporary employment
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Outstanding attitude with willingness to learn and ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
- Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills
- Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods
Job Duties
- Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments
- Provide a friendly atmosphere by greeting customers and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit
- Take initiative to support store operations including operating equipment and cash register while ensuring speed of service and accurate transactions
- Keep the store looking fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store
- Routine housekeeping including dusting, mopping, window cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal
- Support flexible scheduling including opening, midday, and closing shifts and occasional weekend availability
- Adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols as required by campus guidelines
