Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- knowledge or experience in lacquer, colors, stain development
- ability to see color red, blue, green, yellow
- knowledge of wood products such as species, plywood, lumber
- strong computer skills
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to work independently
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers

Job Duties
- Mixing and matching of stains and pigmented lacquers
- perform required quality control checks for all outgoing tinted items
- maintain in-depth and detailed records of colors developed as outlined in the Tint Station Operations Manual
- stocking items
- supporting lacquer specialist and sales team
- pull, catalyze, shake and stage truck orders for finish
- maintain a clean work environment
- keep accurate log of any pour offs of bad material and deposit into the waste drum and keep it labeled appropriately
- perform other duties as required and assigned
