Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-2 years prior automotive cleaning, porter, or maintenance experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Clear close vision required
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to pull, push, carry, walk for 5+ hours, sit for 5+ hours, stand for 5+ hours
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl for 1+ hour
  • Ability to operate motor vehicle
  • Willingness to withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain housekeeping of production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, placing tools and equipment properly
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly condition including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs begin
  • Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
