Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-2 years prior automotive cleaning, porter, or maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk, sit, stand for extended periods
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
  • Willingness to work near moving mechanical parts
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting work areas
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area, including sweeping, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
  • Clean customer vehicles after repairs are complete
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
