Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-2 years automotive cleaning, porter, or maintenance experience preferred
  • clear close vision required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to multitask
  • strong attention to detail
  • physical ability to pull, push, carry, walk more than 5 hours, sit and stand more than 5 hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
  • lift up to 50 pounds
  • withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly fashion including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repair
  • perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs
  • transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
