- Proven experience as an auto body painter or in a similar role
- Familiarity with automotive paint systems
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Valid driver’s license and state inspection license

Job Duties
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications using both manual and computerized systems
- Apply paint using spray guns, ensuring an even coat and smooth finish
- Perform touch-ups, buffing, and polishing to achieve a flawless final product
- Inspect all completed work for quality control, ensuring that it meets company standards
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and spray guns
- Follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper handling of hazardous materials
- Monitor inventory levels of paints and supplies, informing management of any needs
