Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation for delivery driver positions
- Basic math and computer skills for order entry
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mindset and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience or potential for leadership roles
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record for delivery drivers

- Ability to handle customer disputes calmly and effectively
Job Duties
- Take orders and enter them into the system through phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru
- Prepare basic food items like salads and box orders
- Train new front crew members in making salads and order taking
- Handle common customer disputes effectively
- Close the store by completing closing tasks and shutting down POS
- Assist in kitchen operations as dough slapper, oven catcher, or pizza maker
- Ensure timely and accurate food preparation and order fulfillment
- Oversee kitchen crew and maintain station cleanliness and efficiency
- Deliver orders to customers promptly and courteously
- Assist with in-store tasks such as changing trash bags, sweeping parking lots, washing dishes, and supporting kitchen staff
