Job Duties
- Manage contract and operations with an off-site storage facility used exclusively for Convocation
- Manage three on-site storage facilities
- Supervise two student workers
- Order and maintain all events and office props and supplies including printers and tech equipment
- Reconcile two department P-cards
- Manage team expenses in Chrome River
- Pay all College Events vendor invoices or transfer them to the correct department using UniMarket
- Export contracts through the Legal Counsel and Purchasing process
- Reconcile all internal charges from AVI, Business Services, Media Services, and Public Safety
- Create and track individual budgets for all events College Events is working on
- Book all space for all events College Events is working on
- Manage supplies needed for all events including Convocation
- Set up event registrations and run corresponding reports daily
- Develop and manage College Events digital asset management system that ensures clients receive items on time and they are returned on time
