  • Basic knowledge of general office tasks
  • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units
  • Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units

Job Duties

  • Assist the College Corps staff with general student support such as phone calls and one-on-one meetings for general check-ins with timesheets and student events attendance
  • Support the College Corps staff with student events related to the program
  • Assist in developing presentations for program recruitment
  • Assist in providing general information or referrals as required by the Fellows and assist with one-on-one monthly meetings with the Fellows
  • Support the College Corps staff with meetings, agendas, and scheduling
  • Maintain, research, and create social media postings for the program
  • Liaison to bridging collaboration with student programs, clubs, and organizations, as well as campus offices and services
  • Other duties as assigned
