Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, marketing, sales, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in customer-facing or project coordination role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong project management and organizational skills
- proficiency with Power BI, Salesforce, Seed, Excel, and QuickPick
- flexible and proactive with strong work ethic
- able to work nights, weekends, and overnight trips
- able to lift 50lbs and carry marketing equipment
- able to travel within assigned area network
- valid driver's license and meeting PBV driving qualifications
- highly self-motivated, flexible and goal oriented

Job Duties
- support full-service food service sales and brand execution
- utilize data-driven tools such as Power BI and Salesforce to guide decision making
- implement retail mindset and merchandising strategies
- identify and resolve gaps in product placement and SKU distribution
- coordinate and manage timelines, sampling schedules, and event activations
- support brand activation initiatives targeting college audiences
- maintain effective communication and follow-up with internal teams and customers
