Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome event attendees with a friendly and positive demeanor
  • Provide information about the event, venue layout, and facilities
  • Assist guests in finding their seats and address any inquiries they may have
  • Monitor and manage crowd flow during entry, intermission, and exit periods
  • Ensure compliance with venue policies and safety regulations
  • Handle ticket verification and assist with any ticket-related issues
  • Direct guests to the appropriate seating areas and facilities
  • Collaborate with other event staff, including security, for coordinated efforts
  • Relay important information, such as announcements or schedule changes, to attendees
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Have general knowledge of the building and participate in all emergency procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
