- Forklift certified or ability to obtain forklift certification
- Proficient math skills including counting, addition, subtraction and multiplication
- Basic computer skills including data entry and locating information
- Ability to read and write English
- Strong English communication skills

Job Duties
- Work the majority of the day in the freezer environment (-10 deg F)
- Operate a stand up reach truck in a safe and timely manner to assure proper unloading and storage of received materials and finished products
- Responsible for the accurate picking and recording of customer orders
- Load and transfer frozen ingredients from the receiving dock into appropriate freezer locations
- Use computer terminal to look up and locate inventory information (Datex)
- Select orders according to proper product code numbers and quantities
- Select product from proper location to assure proper product rotation
- Complete paperwork accurately, neatly and in a timely fashion
- Perform lifting following approved methods to avoid injury
- Perform cycle counts as needed
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed for forklift operation and other work practices to avoid and eliminate workplace hazards
- Follow all GMP and product safety practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
