Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in material handling or warehouse operations
- Ability to operate electric forklifts and other lifting devices
- Must be able to work early morning shift from 5 am to 1:30 pm
- Capability to work in refrigerated and frozen conditions
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy to maintain records
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating electric-powered forklifts or similar equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems
- Ability to work in cold storage environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
Job Duties
- Read shipping orders and picking orders to determine items to move or distribute
- Position forks and lifting devices to transport pallets to designated areas by operating electric-powered forklifts or hand-trucks
- Load and unload product items onto and off pallets or skids
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to size, type, or product code
- Mark materials with identifying information
- Lift, count, sort, and place products on pallets according to order instructions
- Prepare and record order fill tickets and truck logs in accordance with company standards
