Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads and cold appetizers
- Prepare hot and cold desserts offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time
- Uphold proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the work area
- Assist in food prep and preparation for all menu items
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service
