Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads and cold appetizers
  • Prepare hot and cold desserts offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time
  • Uphold proper food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the work area
  • Assist in food prep and preparation for all menu items
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service
