Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers and desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold station area
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
