Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered by the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment
