Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or similar role
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Must be able to follow detailed instructions

Job Duties

  • Prepare and assemble cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered by the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment
