Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Pass relevant health and safety certifications

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble cold food items, salads and cold appetizers
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cold station
- Collaborate with kitchen team to meet order and quality standards
- Follow all health and safety regulations
