Job Duties
- prepare, cook and assemble cold food items including salads, cold appetizers and desserts
- prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficiency
- assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
