Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts offered in the restaurant
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant as needed
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and quality food service
- Follow all health and safety regulations to protect guests and team members
