Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or food preparation role preferred
  • ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • capability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • must adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
  • legally eligible to work in the location

Job Duties

  • prepare cook and assemble all cold food items including salads cold appetizers and hot and cold desserts
  • stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards for guest safety
  • prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant as needed
  • maintain clean sanitized and safe work environment
  • collaborate with kitchen team to meet high quality standards
  • monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs
