- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties
- prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers and desserts
- prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- maintain clean, sanitized and safe restaurant environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely order completion
- follow all health and safety regulations
