Job Duties

  • Prepare cook and assemble all cold food items such as salads cold appetizers and desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operation
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
