Job Duties
- Prepare cook and assemble all cold food items such as salads cold appetizers and desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operation
- Follow all health and safety regulations
