Job Requirements

  • Prior cooking or food preparation experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook and assemble cold food items including salads, cold appetizers and desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and quality food service
