Job Duties

  • Prepare cook and assemble cold food items such as salads cold appetizers hot and cold desserts
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain clean sanitized and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams
  • Manage inventory and storage for cold station items
  • Assist in food preparation and plating as required
