Job Duties
- Prepare cook and assemble cold food items such as salads cold appetizers hot and cold desserts
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain clean sanitized and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams
- Manage inventory and storage for cold station items
- Assist in food preparation and plating as required
