Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking especially with cold food items
  • Knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a cold station cook or similar culinary role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

  • Prepare cook and assemble all cold food items salads cold appetizers and hot and cold desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety
  • Maintain clean sanitized and safe restaurant environment
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high quality dishes
  • Manage inventory and food storage for cold station
