Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking especially with cold food items
- Knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cold station cook or similar culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Prepare cook and assemble all cold food items salads cold appetizers and hot and cold desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety
- Maintain clean sanitized and safe restaurant environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high quality dishes
- Manage inventory and food storage for cold station
