Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble cold food items such as salads and cold appetizers
- Prepare hot and cold desserts offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure guest safety by adhering to health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive kitchen environment
- Assist in food prep tasks as required
