Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
- prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- uphold team member wellness and promote a clean and safe working environment
- collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- maintain inventory and organization of the cold station
