Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook and assemble cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and team member wellness standards
