Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and team member wellness standards
