Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and desserts
- Prepping all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time
- Ensure adherence to proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to support smooth service
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed
