Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble cold food items including salads and appetizers
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock alley and line with necessary items to complete orders
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
