Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in cold food preparation or similar kitchen role
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- adherence to food safety guidelines
- ability to work effectively in a team
- physical capacity to perform kitchen duties safely

Job Duties
- prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
- prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety
- maintain clean, sanitized and safe restaurant environments
- collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
- follow all health and safety policies and procedures
