Job Duties

  • Prepare cook and assemble all cold food items including salads cold appetizers and hot and cold desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain clean sanitized and safe work environment
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to kitchen management
