Job Duties
- Prepare cook and assemble all cold food items including salads cold appetizers and hot and cold desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain clean sanitized and safe work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to kitchen management
