Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, hot and cold desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
