Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a similar kitchen role
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • prepare, cook and assemble cold food items including salads and cold appetizers
  • prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • stock alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
