Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar kitchen role
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to lift and carry heavy items
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- prepare, cook and assemble cold food items including salads and cold appetizers
- prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- stock alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
