Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • basic math and reading skills
  • ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  • physical ability to handle kitchen demands

Job Duties

  • prepare, cook and assemble cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
  • prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • maintain clean, sanitized and safe restaurant environment
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely order completion
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
