Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food preparation or culinary arts preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and maintain stamina throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare cook and assemble all cold food items including salads cold appetizers and desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant when needed
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station and adjoining work areas
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties
