Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or culinary arts preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and maintain stamina throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare cook and assemble all cold food items including salads cold appetizers and desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant when needed
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station and adjoining work areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties
