Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and assemble all cold food items, including salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders timely
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- Collaborate with team members to meet guest satisfaction and restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
