Job Qualifications

  • preferred one year of healthcare or trayline experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Job Duties

  • Utilizes standardized recipes and ingredient control to prepare all items
  • follows proper preparation procedures
  • checks food texture, color, aroma, and taste prior to service
  • prepares cold foods daily to ensure freshness
  • delivers excellent customer service experience consistently
  • maintains a professional image and follows uniform policy
  • practices safe food handling including proper storage, labeling, and cooking
  • utilizes product within established timeframes and follows FIFO method for rotation
  • manages time efficiently and adheres to lunch and break schedules
  • complies with attendance and clock-in/out policies
  • produces food products to meet requested amounts and practices cost controls
  • records all food production amounts accurately
  • participates in self-development through mandatory inservices and education programs
  • assists with cross-training of other associates
  • attends department meetings and provides feedback
  • completes all required trainings and certifications by due dates
