Job Requirements

Ability to perform tasks including climbing bending standing walking pushing pulling lifting and repetitive motions
Comfort working in varying environmental conditions including extreme temperatures and noise levels
Capacity to function in narrow spaces when required
Legal eligibility to work in the hiring country
Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Warmly welcome guests and expertly guide them through their coffee journey ensuring exceptional service at all times
Create memorable coffee experiences by sharing knowledge about our products and sustainability initiatives
Become a coffee and tea expert through training and enthusiastically delight customers
Attract new customers recognizing that the store is a key brand touchpoint
Ensure a safe and clean environment for all employees and guests prioritizing health and safety
Maintain store organization and cleanliness taking pride in the work and contributing innovative ideas for improvement
