Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Completion of Food Handling Certification
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull
- Ability to follow dress code
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience handling cash is a plus
- Barista experience is advantageous but not required
- Basic arithmetic and counting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient English reading, communication, and recipe adherence skills
- Completion of Food Handling Certification
- Compliance with specified attire guidelines
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment when necessary
Job Duties
- Utilize a register or POS system for managing transactions accurately
- Acknowledge and assist customers to create a positive experience
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand standards
- Prepare and serve food items following establishment guidelines
- Organize and manage cash drawer funds, complete cashier slips, and handle deposit tasks
- Adhere strictly to cash management guidelines set by Aramark
- Establish and break down coffee bar and workstations with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Sanitize equipment regularly to maintain hygiene
- Keep beverage refrigerators, snacks, and serving essentials fully stocked
- Follow food and drink handling protocols to ensure sanitation
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
